Product Background (Chemille)

Celanese recently launched www.askchemille.com, a guided search tool to help customers find products quickly with advanced filtering. Now, Celanese wants to enhance it by integrating generative AI to make the search smarter and more personalized.

Overview Of My Design Process

My design process begins with understanding the problem and gathering insights into user needs. And then create user personas and journey maps to define the goals and pain points of the target audience. Based on these insights, I develop wireframes and prototypes to test design ideas.

Task Background

My task is to design an intuitive interface that offers contextual advice, product comparisons, and a dynamic, user-friendly experience.

Given task not only enhances the search results page by adding Generative AI summary but also provides better educational content of the materialistic things for the users (Who comes to chemille for any query)
